Terms of Service

Effective August 19, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Revuzee websites, accounts, cards, landing pages, analytics, link-management tools, and related services (the “Services”). By creating an account, purchasing or activating a Revuzee product, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that authorized users and sub-accounts comply with these Terms. You may not use the Services if prohibited by applicable law.

2. The Services

Revuzee provides programmable physical products and software that may direct visitors to destinations you select, including third-party review, social, payment, and business-listing services. Features vary by plan and may change as the Services evolve. Revuzee does not guarantee that a visitor will submit a review, that a review will be published, or any particular rating, ranking, traffic, or business result.

3. Third-party platforms

The Services may depend on platforms outside Revuzee’s control, including Google and other destination providers, internet and hosting providers, payment processors, and email services. Their availability, policies, APIs, search results, review functionality, and account decisions may change or end without notice. Revuzee is not responsible for third-party acts, omissions, content, outages, policy changes, or discontinuation of features.

4. Plans, trials, billing, and refunds

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval shown during checkout until canceled. You authorize the applicable recurring charges, taxes, and purchased capacity. Trials and complimentary access may be limited, modified, or ended according to the offer. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund a prepaid period. Product refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. If payment fails or a plan ends, paid features may be restricted while lifetime card link-management features included with an eligible product remain available as described in the applicable offering.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services unlawfully, deceptively, to manipulate or fabricate reviews, to impersonate others, to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, to distribute malware or spam, to probe or disrupt systems, or to bypass security, capacity, account, or access controls. You are responsible for destinations, content, and customer interactions configured through your account and for complying with platform rules and applicable laws.

6. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of content and business information you provide. You grant Revuzee a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, and adapt that material as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Services. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide it.

7. Marketing communications

If you are located in the United States, by creating a Revuzee account you agree that Revuzee may send you occasional product news, feature announcements, promotions, and special offers. You may opt out at any time through your account settings or by using the unsubscribe link included in any marketing email. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional or service-related communications concerning your account, cards, subscriptions, security, or support requests. Outside the United States, Revuzee will request consent where required before sending marketing communications.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services reliable, but they are provided without a guaranteed uptime or uninterrupted-access commitment unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Maintenance, outages, attacks, demand, software defects, or third-party failures may interrupt service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including for security, legal, operational, or third-party-platform reasons.

9. Intellectual property

Revuzee, its trademarks, branding, software, designs, documentation, and other proprietary materials belong to Revuzee or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership or permission to copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse them except as expressly permitted in writing.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Revuzee disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revuzee will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, reviews, or business opportunities. Revuzee’s aggregate liability arising from the Services will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid Revuzee for the Services during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or $100. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Revuzee and its personnel from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, destinations, unlawful use, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful or abusive conduct, material breach, or when required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Stanislaus County, California. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version and effective date and provide additional notice when legally required. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
