Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Revuzee collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our websites, accounts, cards, landing pages, analytics, support, and related services.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: name, company, email address, password hash, timezone, account relationships, plan, and preferences.
- Service configuration: card identifiers and nicknames, locations, landing-page content, destination URLs, and permissions.
- Usage and device data: card scans, landing-page visits, dates and times, approximate location derived from IP, IP address, browser, device, logs, and security events.
- Billing information: subscription and transaction details. Payment-card information is handled by our payment processor and is not stored directly by Revuzee.
- Communications: support requests, feedback, survey responses, and other messages you send us.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and personalize the Services; activate and redirect cards; maintain landing pages and analytics; administer accounts, organizations, plans, and billing; authenticate users and prevent abuse; provide support; communicate service and security notices; comply with law; and improve our products. For United States users, we may also send occasional marketing as described in the Terms of Service, subject to your right to opt out. Elsewhere, we request consent where required.
3. How we disclose information
We disclose information to service providers that help us operate hosting, infrastructure, payments, email, security, analytics, and support; to destinations and platforms you choose; within an organization to authorized master and sub-account users; in a business transfer; and when required to protect rights, safety, or comply with law. Providers may process information only for the services they perform for us and under applicable obligations.
4. No sale of personal information
Revuzee does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies needed for login sessions, preferences, security, and operation of the Services. We may also use measurement technologies to understand site performance. Browser controls can limit cookies, but blocking necessary cookies may prevent account features from working.
6. Marketing choices
You may opt out of marketing at any time through account settings when available or through the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. We may retain a suppression record so your preference is honored. Transactional messages about accounts, cards, billing, security, and support are not marketing and may still be sent.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain legitimate business and security records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the reason it is processed. Deletion requests may be subject to legal, fraud-prevention, transactional, and backup-retention requirements.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information and to limit or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. To submit a request, email support@revuzee.com. We may verify your identity and may deny or limit a request where permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
10. International users
Revuzee is based in California, United States. If you use the Services elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
11. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
12. Third-party links
The Services may link to third-party websites and platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy and will post the revised effective date. We will provide additional notice when legally required.
